Sten Westerberg is one of Leimdörfer’s founding partners. Sten has over 20 years’ experience from the Investment Banking industry. Until 2003, Sten was senior advisor to Nordea Securities following their acquisition of Maizels, Westerberg & Co, a company that Sten co-founded in 1992. From 1982, Sten worked in SEB and was chairman of Enskilda Fondkommission from 1989 to 1992. From 1976 to 1982, Sten was a state secretary in the Budget- and Finance Departments respectively. Sten has been a member of several board of directors including the Stockholm Stock Exchange, the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), and the Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK). Today, Sten is a member of the boards of Bonnier Holding and Magnora. Sten is chairman of the board at the Swedish Centre for Business and Policy Studies (SNS) and Nationalmusei Vänner. Sten is the author of three books in the field of Economic Politics.
