In 2007-2008, Leimdörfer acted sole financial adviser and sole placement agent to property private equity firm White Peak in the raising of White Peak Real Estate I, its first fund targeting property investments in China.

In 2006, Leimdörfer acted as sole financial advisor to publicly traded company Ljungberggruppen in the takeover of private property company Atrium Fastigheter AB. An underlying property value of €1.05 billion makes it the largest property transaction in the Nordic region in 2006.

In 2006, Leimdörfer acted as joint financial advisor to Bilia in the stock market introduction of the company’s Nordic property portfolio under the name Catena, at a property value of some €220 million. 

In 2005, Leimdörfer acted as joint financial advisor to Lehman Brothers and Ratos in their sale of 82.4% of the listed property company Tornet, to Fabege. With an aggregate property value of some €1.05 billion, this was the largest property transaction in Sweden in 2005.
